About me
I have a background in clinical psychology and experience working with individuals across a range of mental health settings, including rehabilitation services for substance use and support services for autistic individuals. I am familiar with psychological assessment and diagnostic frameworks and support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, personality-related difficulties, grief and loss, stress, and burnout. My approach is grounded in evidence-based therapeutic methods and tailored to each individual's needs, strengths, and goals. I aim to provide a supportive, collaborative, and compassionate environment that promotes psychological well-being, resilience, and meaningful change.
